Compare our travel insurances

Whether it is more convenient to take out short-term or a multi-trip travel insurance depends on how often you go on holiday. Below we explain the differences.

Multi-trip travel insurance

  • Cheaper if you go on holiday more often or 3 to 4 weeks a year
  • Never uninsured abroad again during a holiday
  • Weekends away in The Netherlands are also insured

Premium calculation continuous

Short-term travel insurance

  • Suitable for when you go on holiday only once or a few days a year
  • One-off insurance for the duration of a single holiday or trip
  • The insurance will end automatically

Premium calculation short-term

Additional coverages for your travel insurance

Have you had to cancel your holiday before departure? In that case, we will reimburse the costs you incur as a result of the cancellation. If you are on holiday and have to go home earlier, you will be reimbursed for the unused holiday days. The insured amount is standard a maximum of €1,500 per person per trip. We reimburse a maximum of €6,000 per insurance year for all insured parties together.

You will receive compensation if you cancel or return from your trip earlier, for example due to:

  • Illness
  • An accident
  • A death

If you feel that the amounts are not sufficient, you may opt for higher coverage. The reimbursement is then a maximum of €3,000 per person per trip and a maximum of €12,000 per insurance year for all the insured parties together.
